Proposals Are Rewarded

At Nafis Nakh, we believe that the best way to manage an organization is through collective wisdom. Every employee should have the opportunity to influence the product and contribute their ideas—ideas that often lead to greater efficiency in the production process. Beyond benefiting Nafis Nakh, this initiative also fosters teamwork and a sense of belonging among employees. With this mindset, the Nafis Nakh Suggestion System was established in 2005.
To date, employees have submitted over 44,356 suggestions, with approximately 20% approved and implemented. To encourage participation, Nafis Nakh rewards contributors by allocating 5% of the cost savings as a bonus to the proposers, up to 50% of this bonus to the implementation team, and up to 20% of the bonus to the supporters. Additionally, all stakeholders who contribute to cost savings can receive not only their proposal rewards throughout the year but also year-end cash prizes.
