Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance process at NafisNakh is one of the organization’s core operations, built on a foundation of process control. It begins with the inspection of incoming goods, including raw materials, supplies, and equipment, and continues all the way through to the delivery of the final product to the customer.

The Quality Assurance process includes the following stages:

  • Input Control
  • Initial Verification
  • Process Control
  • Packing Control (Final Inspection)

Input Control

To ensure the quality of the final product, all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment are continuously measured and monitored by skilled and experienced personnel, based on three statistical quality control levels: lenient, normal, and strict. Only after passing this inspection are the items approved for use.

Initial Verification

NafisNakh is equipped with the most advanced and comprehensive laboratory instruments for measuring the physical and mechanical properties of various types of yarn. These instruments are sourced from leading companies such as Lenzing Instruments, Textechno, Data Color, Mesdan, Graft, Soxtherm, and Brabender. Using this equipment, product quality is assessed in the initial stage according to customer-specified requirements as well as national (ISIRI) and international (ASTM, DIN) standards. Upon approval, the product proceeds to mass production.

Process Control

To ensure the quality of customer-specified products and their compliance with client requirements, all stages of production are monitored and evaluated following initial product approval, based on carefully developed sampling plans. Continuous sampling is carried out depending on the criticality of the product, and its physical and mechanical properties are tested in the laboratory. Any non-conformities are promptly identified and addressed, with appropriate corrective and preventive actions issued and closely followed up. All production conditions are documented and monitored by the Quality Assurance team and are regularly reviewed based on previous production records.

Final Control (Packing Control)

Each product is individually inspected and graded by the Quality Control and Packaging team, then packed according to customer requirements using various packaging formats. All products carry a specific traceability label, allowing for tracking and identification at every stage of production and use. The factors involved in grading and packaging are fully traceable.

The mission of the Quality Assurance process is to ensure that every product delivered meets both the stated and unstated requirements of the customer. This is achieved through the expertise of a skilled and experienced team, supported by national and internal voluntary standards and reinforced by adherence to international standards. NafisNakh is firmly committed to upholding these principles in every step of the quality assurance process.
